• Public content: Business listings, reviews, and classifieds are displayed publicly on the Platform. Contact information you include in listings is visible to other users.
• Service providers: We use third-party services for hosting (Vercel), database (Railway/PostgreSQL), image storage (Cloudflare R2), and email delivery. These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect your information.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services:

• Account data is retained until you request deletion
• Business listings persist until removed by the owner or admin
• Classified ads expire after 21 days; content and images are purged after 30 days
• Reviews are retained unless removed for policy violations
• Contact messages are retained for up to 1 year
• Server logs are retained for up to 90 days

We use the following types of cookies:

• Essential cookies: Required for authentication and security (e.g., session tokens). These cannot be disabled.
