You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use our services. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

To access certain features (posting classifieds, writing reviews, claiming businesses), you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You may submit content including business listings, reviews, classified ads, and photos ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you:

• Represent that you own or have the right to post the content
• Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform
• Agree not to post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, hateful, illegal, or infringes on any third-party rights
• Acknowledge that we may remove content that violates these Terms at our sole discretion

Business owners may claim and manage their listings. By claiming a business, you represent that you are an authorized representative. We reserve the right to verify ownership and reject claims.

Business information is provided for general reference. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all details (hours, contact info, pricing) are current or complete.

Classified listings are subject to the following rules:

• All new listings require admin approval before going live
• Listings are automatically screened for prohibited content; violations are rejected
• Listings automatically expire after 21 days and may be renewed
• Expired listings are purged (content and images removed) after 30 days
• You may not post illegal items, counterfeit goods, weapons, drugs, adult services, or fraudulent offers
• Discriminatory content based on religion, caste, race, or ethnicity is strictly prohibited
• All transactions are between the buyer and seller; we are not a party to any sale
• We do not guarantee or endorse any classified listing
• We reserve the right to remove any listing without notice

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. You may not post fake reviews, reviews for businesses you own, or reviews intended to manipulate ratings. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without permission
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users

The Platform, its design, logos, and original content are owned by YourDesiGuide and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

We do not endorse any business, classified listing, or user on the Platform. Any reliance on information provided through the Platform is at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOURDESIGUIDE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FROM TRANSACTIONS WITH BUSINESSES OR CLASSIFIED SELLERS FOUND THROUGH THE PLATFORM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YourDesiGuide, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Middlesex County, New Jersey.
